Booking and Payment Procedure


• Full payment is encouraged at time of booking
• Booking and payment MUST be received one week prior to the advertised class/activity date
• Payment options:
o Bank Direct transfer
o Cash
o Cheque
o Money order

• Must pay within a week from date of booking or booking will be cancelled
• No reminder calls

• If bookings/enrolments and payment are not made one week prior to the advertised date, and minimum numbers have not been obtained, the class will be cancelled on the cut-off date.

• Payments made by participants will be receipted

• Bookings are not to be made via Facebook or contacting the Coordinators through their private contacts. Bookings must be made via the Community House office, either phone or email.
